MAT Coolant Maintenance Module

The MAT Coolant Maintenance Module (MAT-CMM) is a compact, continuous-duty coolant management system engineered to reduce tramp oil contamination and extend the service life of water-soluble metalworking coolants.

Designed specifically for CNC machine tools and industrial coolant systems, the MAT-CMM continuously circulates coolant through a passive separation chamber using a self-leveling floating intake assembly. Surface tramp oil is naturally concentrated into an accessible collection area where it can be quickly removed during routine maintenance using a standard wet/dry vacuum or fluid extractor.

By continuously removing surface contamination, the MAT-CMM helps reduce coolant degradation, minimize odors, slow bacterial growth, and decrease the frequency of costly sump cleanouts.
